Please DO NOT order ANYTHING from this company and do not deal with the representative "Doris Yang" I ordered 6 chairs from this company, what should have been a simple transaction as the chairs did not have to be manufactured, they were already in stock. I had been in contact with this company for months getting information until I finally purchased. I paid on time without any delay and was given at ETA of 45-60 days. It has been close to 4 months and I still have no idea when these chairs will arrive. The only time I get any information is when I contact Doris Yang FIRST, and then she made excuse after excuse "its Chinese New Year" "how can she make the shipping faster?". Unless I tried tocontact her, I never heard a word from her unless I inquired. The shipping company has also not been accessible or ever reached out to me once. I honestly don't believe these chairs will ever show up and my money was stolen. Stay away from this unprofessional company! They are the worst!!!!

1. The customer ordered on 11.27.2023, we deliver the goods to the forwarder warehouse on 11.28. please see packing, shipping sheet and warehouse sheet.
2. The goods departed from china on 09.Dec, bill of lading (GLNL23115106), invoice and packing list already sent to customer. The record attacched.
3. Customer asked the arrival on 09,Feb, but chinese on new year holiday, the agent is on holiday. we asked the customer to call the phone on the BL.
4. 11th, Mar: I told customer will arrive to san juan on 15th, then tranfer to destimation port. record attached.
5. 29th, Mar: GLNL23115106 DISMANTLED AT SAN JUAN ON THE WEEKEND, AND IS EXPECTED TO DEPART FOR SAINT LUCIA ON 3.29, 3.29+3 DAYS TO SAINT LUCIA, but customer say I am cheater and want cancel, he is yell at me.Please see the record.
6. We shipped the goods as soon as we received the payment. business is business, we deliver all as soon as receive the money. No slander or abuse will be accepted
